Discovering Chocolate
Discovering Chocolate – Cooking Team Building Activity
Discovering Chocolate is just one very small way to use food and cooking
in team building to help your team in their quest to become high
performing.
This programme will introduce you to the fundamentals of working with and appreciating chocolate. Learn popular techniques from chocolate tempering to moulding chocolate figurines.
Alternatively, you can learn how to make a chocolate ganache. You will discover which ingredients work best, and by the end of the course you will have your own range of hand-made chocolates to take home.
Working Together as an Effective Team
Quest have worked with teams both big and small, using cooking to assist working effectively together, and mightily successful it’s been too since first developing the concepts in late 2005.
Since then we’ve worked with teams on a huge range of food based team development.
Everything from cooking for a full day and sitting to eat together in country cottage comfort; to coming out of a conference at 5pm and being told they’ve got to cook their own dinner by 7.30pm; to planning for and delivering a charity ball over 5 days, including doing all the cooking for 80 paying guests.
As someone on a well know BBC TV show regularly says, “cooking doesn’t get much tougher than this!” But what a way to build or grow a team.
Does this sound as if it may be the food of champions for your team? Call us if it does, we love food, we love teams and we love combining them to create excellence.
