Q Factor Team Building Talent Competition

An exciting new team building event run by Quest based on the popular TV show The X Factor which will definitely have your employees singing for joy! Put the spark back into your Summer Ball or Christmas party!

What hidden talents exist in your company? This party concept will reveal all! If you are one of those people that loves Karaoke then you will love the Q Factor.

Auditions

Several months before your organisations party our panel of judges will visit your offices accompanied by a camera crew and with a keyboard to run an audition for those people who wish to perform at the party. The audition will take place at a time which is convenient to your organisation either at lunch time or after work. Quest will film the audition and then our panel of judges will select a predetermined number of acts to perform on the evening.

Coaching and tuition options

Quest can offer a series of coaching sessions which will be delivered at your offices at a time convenient to the participants and the company. Our coaches are all professional performers and qualified teachers. These sessions can also be filmed.

The performance

We will show the edited version of the auditions and the coaching sessions which is always highly amusing. The acts will then perform live. After each act a team of panellists selected from your organisation will give their scores. We can also provide professional panellists if you wish. The winning act then will then be decided by the audience who will be asked to text vote for their favourite act.

Compere

Someone from your organisation may wish to take on this role or we can provide a compeer to suit your budget.
