The Quest Team
Martyn is one of the original partners who formed Quest in 1995. At that time he was working in London for LloydsTSB in a training and coaching capacity. In 1997 he resigned from the bank to dedicate all his energies full time to the expansion of Quest.
Richard is one of the original partners who formed Quest in 1995, and brings a wealth of knowledge in training and management, both with people, and also large key accounts. His development and training background is extensive, and he has gained invaluable experience in working in many different teams and organisations.
David was a regular customer of Quest’s team development services during the last ten years of his twenty year career with LloydsTSB and valued this activity so highly that he joined Quest in 2004. David initiated LloydsTSB’s participation in the Microsoft UK Challenge inter-company team event and was part of the 2002 LloydsTSB winning team. David now leads Quest’s training programme for corporate teams entering this type of highly developmental activity.
Daniel is the most recent member of The Quest Team. He joined the company in 2008 from Imperial College, London where after graduating he went on to do some contract work and a PhD in structural geology. Whilst at university Daniel led a number of expeditions to some of the more remote parts of the world.
Janice has been an associate part of The Quest Team for the past eight years as one of our key facilitators / coaches for high level team development and leadership skills. Janice is qualified to deliver MBTI Step l and Step ll & MBTI Teams, and is also qualified from Oxford Brookes University as a Business Coach and Mentor. In sixteen years in the business Janice has earned an impressive reputation for her highly energetic, effective and business centric programmes and delivery.
