Congratulations to everyone that took part in the 2015 TeamWalk Challenge and helped raise a great deal of money for the British Red Cross. We do hope you all had a good time and enjoyed the challenge.

And well done to the Explorer Challenge winners 'Construction A' and 'That Sinking Feeling' who won the Adventure Challenge.

Please take time to read the Final Details carefully to ensure you are properly prepared. You should also print off the relevant attachments and bring these with you.

Team List & Villa Numbers

Pre booking is required for most of the facilities at Center Parcs. If you wish to use the facilities at Center Parcs, we strongly recommend you book them sooner rather than later as it's common for facilities to become fully booked during peak periods.

You can find out more about how to pre book activities, spa treatments and make restaurant reservations on the pre arrival page. Attached to the bottom of the pre arrival page is a list of teams showing which villa each team has been allocated - you will need your villa number when pre booking facilities. Your team's villa number will also be your team number for the TeamWalk Challenge.

If your team details are incomplete, please get your team leader to log in here and update your entry with the missing details. The deadline for adding any missing details is Friday 26 June - after this your entry details will be used to order T-shirts, ensure dietary requirements are catered for etc.

Final details and joining instructions will be put up on this website during the first week of September.

Event Now Full - Reserve List Activated

There has been another fantastic response with all 500 places for this event having been snapped up. So this year's TeamWalk Challenge at Woburn Center Parcs is now full.

If you would like to add a team to the reserve list, please register your team leader's name and email address online here (no payment required). Any places that become available will be offered to teams on the reserve list on a strictly first come first served basis.

For those lucky enough to secure a place in this year's event; further information will be added to this website and sent out to participants in the summer.

2015 TeamWalk Challenge Launched

We are pleased to announce that the famous TeamWalk Challenge is back in 2015. The event will take place over the weekend of 18th-20th September at Woburn Forest, Center Parcs in Bedfordshire.

For those that haven't participated before, the TeamWalk Challenge is a one-day walking event that will see teams of five compete against each other as they complete various orienteering tasks to locate checkpoints and participate in various team challenges to earn points. The event is only as competitive as the participants wish to make it with some teams trying to maximise the number of points they can score and win the challenge whilst other teams use it primarily as a team building opportunity. The event aims to cater for all levels of participation so all colleagues are welcome regardless of whether they have had any particular experience of orienteering and there is no set distance that competitors have to complete.

The 2015 entry fee remains £60 per colleague, with the company making a donation from the entry fees received to the British Red Cross as well as any funds raised on Saturday night. Thanks to the phenomenal effort of colleagues last year, an incredible £31,499 was raised throughout the weekend's activities. The money collected this year will enable the British Red Cross to purchase an emergency response vehicle, which will be used to reach people needing help during a crisis. By signing up to this year’s TeamWalk Challenge you’ll be supporting the work of the British Red Cross, look out for the team at the finish line!

For colleagues that have enjoyed the event in prior years, the general content of the weekend will remain the same following the very positive overall feedback received but there will be some changes to the course format, there will be new team building challenges to complete and the theme of the course will be different.

As in previous years, the Company will arrange the associated accommodation at Center Parcs and teams will have use of the general facilities at the Parc. There will be an awards ceremony on the Saturday evening to recognise colleagues from the most successful teams and then colleagues can leave the Parc at their leisure on Sunday.

The Challenge is open to Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Marsh & McLennan Companies Head Office colleagues in the UK and Ireland. As a Company-specific event unfortunately family members and friends are ineligible to participate.

As with previous years, we expect demand for places to be very high. You are therefore strongly encouraged to enter your team of five as soon as possible as places are limited, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

The closing date for team entries is 17 March unless all places are taken prior to this deadline.
